Alert policies
Stale Oracles use each active node's existing freshness limit. Other failed checks produce node-health alerts; paused nodes are excluded. Significant changes use the previous available publication, including labelled gaps up to 7 days. Unhealthy or stale data suppress price-change alerts. At or above either positive or negative threshold triggers an alert; these are operational thresholds, not investment advice.

Public conditions are evaluated on request. The existing independent chat monitor checks every 15 minutes and reports transitions while its local host and authorization are available. Unchanged conditions do not generate repeat chat notifications. Clearing a price alert means the condition is no longer active, not that a trade or market outcome is recommended. Persistent alert history records observed scheduled transitions with policy and evidence snapshots; no earlier alerts are reconstructed from historical prices.
